Mental Health Care
The Integrative Psychotherapy approach taps into the power of the mind, body, emotion, and soul to go beyond symptom reduction to foster long-lasting healing transformation. The method becomes a more flexible and inclusive method to treatment by combining elements drawn from different psychological theories and research schools.

Substance Use Disorders Treatment
Integrative Psychotherapy offers a new way to treat substance use disorders by applying evidence-based complementary alternative interventions in conjunction with traditional treatment methods to enhance the recovery process experience.

Treatment Modalities
Integrative Psychotherapy techniques can be incorporated into almost any type of Outpatient modality of treatment to work with children, adolescents, adults, families, couples, and groups. The integrative approach treats any number of behavioral, psychological problems, including substance use disorders.

Medication Management
Medication management into the behavioral, mental health, or substance use disorder treatment refers to the patient and therapist working together to determine if a medication is a suitable option. The psychiatrist and patient discuss options, then the psychiatrist recommends a dosage. The patient follows up with the psychiatrist, checking in about the medicine’s effects to determine whether it benefits the patient.

Trauma-Informed Care
Trauma-informed care is care in which mental healthcare providers engage with a client in a manner that allows for the implementation of an effective treatment process without retraumatization. Trauma-informed care requires understanding that the trauma people experience in the past can negatively impact their current life.

Cultural Competence
Cultural and linguistic competence is a set of congruent behaviors, attitudes, and policies that come together in a system, agency, or among professionals that enables practical work in cross-cultural situations. It implies having the capacity to function effectively as an individual and an organization within the context of clients and their communities’ cultural beliefs, behaviors, and needs.

“My daughter has been seeing Wanda & Sonia for over a year now. They have helped her in so many ways and she has come so far thanks to her hard work and their caring. They are very understanding and compassionate during high risk times of overwhelm. So very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone. Incredible people!”
